Meet Lynda Myrick

I love so many aspects of being a Mortgage Advisor but the greatest thrill for me is when a customer tells me “I didn't think I could buy a home and you made my dream come true”!   I have over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry.  I spent the first ten years working on the Operations side of the business which has provided me with a unique level of knowledge and experience to serve my clients.  I am passionate about providing clear communication and education – my goal is to make my clients feel at ease. I enjoy learning about my customer’s long and short term goals and analyzing their unique situations to provide options unique to their needs.   I love helping first time home buyers achieve their goals of homeownership.  I frequently teach home buyer classes sponsored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission and had done so for over ten years.  I am a three time recipient of Seattle’s Five Star award which is humbling and a true honor.   When I am not teaching classes or meeting with customers I enjoy yoga and running.  I am a marathon runner and enjoy the discipline training provides. I also enjoy cooking, wine tasting and traveling.
